How to care for your Oneida Products Wash promptly after use, either in a dishwasher or by hand. Don’t use a scourer to remove dried-on food as this can dull the shine.
Don’t leave to soak for long periods. Mineral salts in water can attack the surface of the metal.
Dry with a soft cloth before putting away. If you leave to air-dry, watermarks can form on the metal surface.
If water marks do occur, they can be polished off with a proprietary stainless steel cleaner. However, NEVER use silver polish on stainless steel as this will damage it.
Please follow your dishwasher manufacturer’s advice on detergent use, and keep the salt and rinse aid compartments topped up.

The 44-piece set is also a set for 6 people. It contains the following pieces: 6x Table Knife, 6x Table Fork, 6x Dessert Knife, 6x Dessert Fork, 6x Dessert Spoons, 6x Soup Spoons, 6x Teaspoons, 2x Table Spoons.
This set is a formal configuration; it allows people to eat three courses: soup, main meal and dessert. The dessert knife may be used for starters, for a cheese course if there is one or as a butter knife on a side plate. The dessert fork may be used for starters, the cheese course if there is one or as a partner for the dessert spoon.
The 58-piece set is for 8 people. It contains the following pieces: 8x Table Knife, 8x Table Fork, 8x Dessert Knife, 8x Dessert Fork, 8x Dessert Spoons, 8x Teaspoons, 8x Soup Spoons, 2x Table Spoons.
As with the 44-piece, this is a formal configuration, and it is the most popular configuration for canteens.
