Our returns policy is simple if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an unused re-sellable condition (including any packaging and manufacturers labels) to us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs (where an item has been sent free shipping there will be a £8 fee to cover costs)
Items returned outside of the 7 day period or without labels as above may be subject to a restocking fee.
When returning any item to us for whatever reason it is your responsibility until the goods have been delivered to us. We can not be held responsible for lost items sent back.
If you are returning an item due to an error by us, we will cover the cost to return the item (up to first class recorded level, Please make a note on the returns form you would like the postage cost refunding) and of course there will be no cost to send out the correct item. If there is a larger item that you need to return due to our mistake please contact us first as we might be able to get our couriers to collect the item.
If you are returning anything to us we can only accept it with a fully completed returns form.
Warranty Returns Should your product develop a fault whilst still under warranty, we will exchange it for you. Please contact us before returning warranty items as some can be sent to the manufacturer direct to speed up turnaround times.
However the postage costs to return the product to us will be at your expense.
